It is a OPD procedure to visualise the oropharynx, laryngapharnyx and esophagus in a patient with complaints of difficulty in swallowing to check the level and pattern of obstruction while swallowing. Fiberoptic endoscope is introduced through patients nasal cavity to assess pharyngeal and esophageal structure.
